About The Opportunity
As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the site maintenance team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting maintenance on industrial and automation equipment to ensure seamless 24-hour operations
- Diagnosing and repairing machinery breakdowns within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Providing automation support, encompassing electrical, electronic, and mechanical diagnostics
- Collaborating with team members to enhance efficiency and reliability across processes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid 'A Grade Electrical Licence' and Certification in Industrial Automation
- Experience as the primary maintenance electrician at a manufacturing site
- A proactive attitude and a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- A strong commitment to safety and best practices in an industrial setting
- Extensive knowledge of PLCs, VSDs, and remote I/O's
