Job Description

NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is set on a spectacular beachfront location at Umina Beach on the NSW Central Coast.
What you will do:
- Incidental maintenance repairs in cabins, grounds, amenities and other facilities.
- Servicing swimming pool cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs and maintenance.
- Incidental customer service assistance with in-room repairs.
- Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs - painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware.
This casual position will be rostered approximately 20-30 hours per week.
What you will bring:
- 2+ years demonstrable experience in property maintenance
- Experience with power tools
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work under pressure
- Good presentation
- Be able to work weekends, afternoons and on call shifts occasionally
- Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures
- Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history
- Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a reasonable level of fitness
- A commitment to providing great customer service
- The ability to demonstrate flexibility and reliability as this role will be working across a very busy 7 day rotating roster that includes weekends.
