Are you an experienced technician with a passion for repairing and maintaining equipment? We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our client's tea. As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction through timely repairs, thorough maintenance, and excellent communication. If you're knowledgeable about EWP repairs, have a solid understanding of customer expectations, and possess experience with EWP machines, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Experience:

Proficient in repairs to EWP's (Elevated Work Platforms)

Strong knowledge of EWP machines and their intricacies – Manifolds, Solenoids, Hydraulics

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine repairs, maintenance, and service work on EWP products at customer sites or breakdown locations.
• Conduct routine repairs and maintenance on other products as required.
• Execute trade-qualified work as well as non-trade tasks incidental to the job.
• Conduct inspections, fault-finding activities, and diagnostics on various machines.
• Disassemble and reassemble machines to a high-quality standard.
• Perform basic welding and spray painting when necessary.
• Carry out programmed service work on machines as required.
• Install parts onto machines in accordance with established standards.
• Complete accurate paperwork including part requisition, time sheets, and related documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, updating them on repair progress and estimated completion times.
• Present repair options and fault inspection results to customers professionally and courteously.
• Utilize opportunities to upsell EWP service and maintenance offerings.
• Uphold a positive customer attitude, showcasing our products as high-quality and valuable.
• Adhere to customer site safety regulations and always maintain a respectful demeanor.
