Welder/Pipefitter - Refinery

For 10+ years, Wood has held a Maintenance contract at Lytton and have been heavily imbedded into the Ampol culture with a strong focus on team alignment across the contracting teams.  

Wood is recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Welder/Pipefitter preferably with maintenance experience, to join our team on site at the Ampol Refinery at Lytton on a permanent basis.

• Enjoy working in a team environment and self-motivated,
• Ability to work autonomously when required, while taking ownership of the role.

• Fabrication Trade qualification with proven experience in heavy industry environments,
• Mechanical Cert III Fitting (desirable),
• Must be able to read isometric drawings,
• Must have current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (in-date),
• Monday to Friday, 9 Day Fortnight – Be home every Night!
• A pre-employment medical will be required before commencement.
