About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Person with a Truck License (internally known as a Support Officer Logistics) to join the Sunfam team on a permanent, full time basis.
As a Sunfam Support Officer Logistics, you will provide warehousing and logistics support to the Branch rural products team, including receiving and dispatching stock in a safe manner. Supported by Sunfam and the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
Responsibilities
As a Support Officer Logistics you will:
Provide assistance to sales staff by picking, packing and coordinating deliveries of orders to rural clients on-site and on-farm.
Perform the storage, handling, receiving and dispatching of stock in a safe and timely manner.
Ensure good inwards and outwards are processed accurately according to the associated paperwork.
Assist with stocktake and other rural products logistics support activities as needed.
About you
Basic knowledge of general merchandise products and safe storage & handling practices.
Customer Service skills (desirable).
A driver’s license and a HR truck licence
A Forklift License, or the willingness to become licensed after undertaking training offered by Sunfam
