The B Double Pneumatic Tanker Driver will be responsible for driving in compliance with all road regulations and company safety protocols and you will be apart of our Mining and Projects Team. You are required to hold a current MC Licence and have demonstrated experience operating Pneumatic Tankers with a proven record of safe driving with no major infringements.
What you will be doing…
- Operate a Pneumatic B-Double Tanker safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials to various destinations while adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery, addressing any client queries or concerns professionally.
- Work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
Do you have…
- Valid Multi-Combination (MC) license with demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrated experience operating Pneumatic Tankers.
- A clean driving record with a proven record of safe driving with no major infringements.
- Understanding and compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations, mass, and fatigue management practices.
- Current Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Effective customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage responsibilities effectively.
Additional Information…
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a Fit to Work medical, drug and alcohol screening and police check and will be required to provide an AFTD driving medical.
- Applicants should have a sound knowledge of chain of responsibility and on road legal compliance and a willingness to work with GPS technology is required.
- Must be comfortable with being away overnight during the week (home on weekends).
