Bathurst Regional Council currently has an opportunity for someone to join the Works section as a Truck Driver/Labourer. In this role you will be required to drive the truck for one of the work gangs and undertake duties associated with road construction and general maintenance activities.
To be successful in this role you will hold a current NSW Class MR driver’s licence, as a minimum, have experience driving trucks up to 10,000kg GVM, and have knowledge and experience in basic mechanical and maintenance principles of trucks. Experience with general concreting works and drainage are also key requirements.

This position requires a pre employment health assessment which includes a functional, audio and drug and alcohol screen.
Salary: $1,044.00 to $1,096.90 per week + Adverse Working Conditions Allowance Level 1 of $18.92 per week + superannuation
Position Status: Permanent Full-time
Hours of work: 38 hours per week with an RDO every fortnight
