About the role

We are seeking a values-driven Truck Driver based in the Sunshine Coast region and Caloundra Warehouse, who is responsible for the movement of goods in and out of the store.  The role will also provide assistance in the overall productivity of the Family Stores and warehouse, in line with TSA mission.

You will successfully

• Undertake the pickup and delivery of goods as per instructions from the relevant Family Store Manager and in accordance with the schedule, as per all WHS manual handling procedures/protocols.
• Provide excellent service as a primary customer contact for the Family Store.
• Maintain stock to required standards and ensure goods are stored and rotated appropriately.
• Understand and determine the value of brands and quality products and carry out procedures related to TSA pickup protocols.
• Provide retail floor assistance as needed including sorting, pricing and moving stock.

You will have

• Minimum 2 yrs experience in driving/operating commercial vehicles.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Competent computer skills and ability to use software applications to complete work and training goals.
• Current valid Driver’s Licence.
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• A good level of fitness to carry out the duties of the position.  This position will require physical ability to stand, sit and walk for long periods time. The role will require you to push, pull, lift, carry, restrain stock and climb ladders etc. Such work will be undertaken in accordance with WHS policies and procedures.

This is a casual role, located in Caloundra, QLD. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the General Retail Award Level 2.
