Our Travel Consultants represent the TripADeal brand and provide first class customer service in all customer interactions before, during and after the sale.
Reporting to a Team Leader within our highly successful Sales & Service team, this is a full-time permanent position available within our inbound and outbound call centre! This is a high volume call-based position, working 100% onsite in our Gold Coast office, located in Varsity Lakes. Remote and or hybrid arrangements are not available.
Current operating hours are 7 days per week, between 8am to 7pm Monday - Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. You will work a rotating roster including 1 in 3 weekends with two days off mid week. The team also works on public holidays.
As the initial point of contact for customer enquiries, this role will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service with a purpose of converting enquiries into sales, seeing travel dreams come true.
Your responsibility is to achieve sales targets and generate revenue through meeting or exceeding expectations of our valued customers.
Alternatively, if you think you’ve got the chops, but are seeking training - no worries full training will be provided to all successful candidates.
