Our Travel Consultants represent the TripADeal brand and provide first class customer service in all customer interactions before, during, and after the sale.
As the initial point of contact for customer enquiries, this role will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service with a purpose of converting enquiries into sales, seeing travel dreams come true.
Your responsibility is to achieve sales targets and generate revenue through meeting or exceeding expectations of our valued customers.
Reporting to a Team Leader within our highly successful Sales & Service team, this is a permanent opportunity available within our inbound and outbound call centre! This is a high volume call-based position, working 100% onsite in our Gold Coast office, located in Varsity Lakes. Remote and or hybrid arrangements are not available.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days. Our operating hours span 7 days a week, from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Sunday. You will be scheduled on a rotating roster, working 1 in 3 weekends, with two weekdays off. The team also works on public holidays, which are incentivised along with weekend shifts.
Alternatively, if you think you’ve got the chops, but are seeking training - no worries full training will be provided to all successful candidates.
