The Opportunity

Our Travel Consultants represent the TripADeal brand and provide first class customer service in all customer interactions before, during and after the sale.

Organisational Structure

Reporting to a Team Leader within our highly successful Sales & Service team, we have 1 x Full Time position available within our inbound and outbound call centre! This is a high volume call-based position, working 100% onsite in our Gold Coast office, located in Varsity Lakes. Remote and or hybrid arrangements are not available.  

Current operating hours are 7 days per week, between 8am to 7pm Monday - Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. You will work a rotating roster including 1 in 3 weekends with two days off mid week. The team also works on public holidays. 

A Day in the Life

As the initial point of contact for customer enquiries, this role will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service with a purpose of converting enquiries into sales, seeing travel dreams come true.

Your responsibility is to achieve sales targets and generate revenue through meeting or exceeding expectations of our valued customers.

To be a Front Running Candidate

  • You're a sales guru that thrives off closing a sale because you know you've just made someone's travel dream come true!
  • Don't mind admin? Yep, you'll need to be savvy with navigating around various systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a desire to exceed sales targets
  • Your attention to detail is 11/10
  • Can get through a high volume of calls with a positive and engaging attitude, then you’ll be a great addition to our fun and vibrant team
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
