Description

Our opportunity

Toshiba has evolved beyond photocopiers to provide our clients with innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across their business operations. 

On offer is full manufacturer training on our range of equipment and ancillary technologies is provided. If you have the right aptitude and skills this position offers an opportunity to build your career as a Customer Service Technician in Toshiba.

We provide opportunities for growth and advancement to keep you engaged. This pivotal position is critical for ensuring that the installation, service, and repairs to Toshiba’s and other manufacturer’s products are completed in a timely, accurate and economical manner.

 

Responsibilities include

  • Diagnosing faults and conducting high-quality repairs and routine service to our products in the field. 
  • Installation of products, including ensuring network connectivity and installation of device drivers on Windows and Apple Operating Systems. 
  • Provide a high level of customer service, both remotely and in-field. 
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels
  • Work effectively with Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels

 



Skills And Experiences

Other requirements

  • Although an advantage, previous experience servicing MFDs is not essential as full training will be provided
  • The ability to learn concepts quickly
  • Willing to undertake Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • Willing to take annual flu vaccination and comply with COVID requirements

 

Qualifications, skills and experience required

  • Mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude with troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working with software, operating systems and networks
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Current and Valid Driver’s License

 

In addition to the above, the successful candidates will possess sound interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels.
