Our retail stores are expanding and we're thrilled to announce the opening of our new Perth location in November 2024! We’re seeking a talented individual to join the successful AS Colour brand as a Store Manager, leading our dynamic new store. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about retail management who want to work for an industry leader. What you will do:

  • Oversee all areas of the store opening, operations and crew.
  • Driving the growth of the business and brand in a new location.
  • Create an environment that's customer service driven, welcoming and safe for both shoppers and colleagues.
  • Making sure our high standards of store presentation and merchandising are always met.
  • As the retail face of AS Colour, you'll be informing and educating customers about our range and helping them find the right product for their needs.
  • Motivate and develop the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver great service.
  • Ensuring rosters, timesheets, payroll and staffing levels are accurate and adequate to meet all customer and business needs.

We want to work with someone who has:

  • 2 years retail management experience (streetwear, apparel or fashion preferred, also open to strong hospitality, tourism or customer service leaders).
  • A sound knowledge of the AS Colour and be a fan of the brand.
  • The ability to think quickly, solve problems and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner.
  • Experience in stock control, roster and payroll management.
  • Proven leadership success and be able to create an engaging environment for the customers and team.
  • Someone with excellent time management, high attention to detail and who remains calm under pressure.
  • We are a close-knit group in retail, so you'll have to work well with a team and have previous results in coaching and developing people.
  • Worked with wholesale would be ideal.
