We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our energetic team in Coach South Wharf!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, and communicate our brand vision.
  • Build a high-performing team driven toΒ achieve KPIs, sales targets and drive store results.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrate effective people and leadership skills to build talent throughΒ effective coaching and training strategies.
  • Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards.

Skills required:

  • At least 2-3 years previous Retail and Outlet Management experience, leading and developing a team of 15+.
  • Experience in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft etc, also the POS system.
  • A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to drive sales and achieve targets consistently.
  • Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment.
