Store Manager Charlestown

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Store Manager to join the team and drive the success our new Charlestown store.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
• Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail or a relevant industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment with a lifestyle brand
• Natural passion and enthusiasm for customer service, with the ability to create a relaxed and enjoyable shopping environment
• A proven ability to deliver against KPIs, both financial and customer service-related
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working closely with our HQ team
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
• Creative visual merchandising skills to ensure our collections are presented cohesively
• The ability to lead by example, as well as coaching and training your team to deliver a high performing retail store
• We use Cin7 as our POS and Inventory System so if you have an experience in using this program, let us know!
This is a full-time role of 38 hours a week..
