  • Drive Sales Success: Lead your store to consistently surpass sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, expense control, and a strong sales culture.
  • Elevate Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience, reflecting PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • Build and Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop top talent. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition to keep your team motivated and high-performing.
  • Be a Sales Floor Leader: Spend 85% of your time engaging directly with customers, driving sales, and coaching your team.
  • Optimize Operations: Manage payroll, scheduling, and inventory while maintaining a visually compelling store environment that meets PUMA standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee Loss Prevention and operational compliance, maintaining a safe and efficient store environment.
  • Drive Marketing and PR: Implement marketing initiatives, manage local PR, and ensure all events are executed within budget and policy guidelines.
  • Participate in Growth: Get involved in new store openings and closings, and attend relevant meetings and training sessions.
