We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.

The Opportunity:
- Complete store managerial duties including banking, budgets and rosters
- Consistently achieve sales, store and personal KPI targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
- Action staff hiring, promotions and disciplinary procedures (where required)
- Ensure thorough induction and training for all new staff members
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked store
- Manage all issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Manage trade accounts for store (if applicable)
- Manage stocktaking and stock control for store
- Manage the receipt and distribution of shipments
- Maintain showroom and warehouse ensuring it is kept clean & safe at all times
- Reporting and sales management
- Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company WH&S standards
- Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills & Experience:
- Manual Driver's License advantageous
- Management experience in the retail sector is preferred (plumbing or interior sales advantageous)
- Experience in managing and meeting KPI's
- Good level of computer literacy and MS applications
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Staff and Customer management skills
- Strong organisational skills
