We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Senior Farm Hand at our Hakea aggregation, located in southern WA near Munglinup, west of Esperance.

  • Package inclusive of modern on-farm accommodation, electricity, internet.
  • 5 weeks leave per year and salary protection insurance.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.
  • A modern and diligent approach to WHS with a passion for broad acre farming
  • Be able to work in a large team environment of full-time and casual staff.
  • Experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery and chemical handling.
  • Hold an HC truck licence or willing to obtain.
  • Chem cert desired or willing to obtain.
  • Minimum 2 years boom spray experience.
