We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Senior Farm Hand at our Hakea aggregation, located in southern WA near Munglinup, west of Esperance.

You will have:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.
- A modern and diligent approach to WHS with a passion for broad acre farming
- Be able to work in a large team environment of full-time and casual staff.
- Experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery and chemical handling.
- Hold an HC truck licence or willing to obtain.
- Chem cert desired or willing to obtain.
- Minimum 2 years boom spray experience.
