Competitive Salary: We pay above award rates and as a NFP we have salary packaging option of upto $15,900. Salary starting from $50.33 - $57.75 per hour (base rate) or $99,460 - $114, 120 yearly + superannuation (dependent on experience).

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse at Goodwin Aged Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality clinical care and support to our residents.

Your core duties will include:

• Deliver Quality Clinical Care and Support: Provide compassionate and expert clinical care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Manage Priorities: Effectively manage your responsibilities, prioritising residents' needs, and providing the support they require.
• Implement Programs for Special Needs: Create and implement specialised programs to cater to the unique needs of some residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team, ensuring that incidents and issues are reported and addressed promptly.
