Your role at St John of God Mount Lawley Hospital – Rehabilitation Inpatient services
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated and enthusiastic Inpatient Rehabilitation team at SJOG Mt Lawley.

The Position
Responsible for the provision of a high standard of patient care in a safe and effective manner.
Delivers a high standard of patient care utilizing appropriate resources cost effectively.
Adheres to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards.
Acts as the patient’s advocate and facilitate the rights of individuals.
Provides patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate.
Participates in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care through the continuum of care.
Attends relevant training sessions offered by SJGHC. Recognises the necessity to continually develop skills and acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position.
Achieves mandatory annual hospital competencies and assumes responsibility for record maintenance.
You will hold registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
To succeed you will have the ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi-disciplinary health care team, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development whilst adhering to all applicable St John of God Health Care policies and guidelines.

We can offer you
Salary: $74,748 to $98,362 (pro rata for part time) plus 11.5% superannuation
Permanent Part Time offering up to 35 hours per week
