About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at the Wyndham Lodge facility in Werribee, Victoria, on a full-time Maximum-Term contract. We require reliable candidates available for Morning shifts from Monday to Friday. This role focuses on providing comprehensive clinical care to consumers, ensuring their dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life are maintained.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to care staff, fostering a team-based and consumer-focused environment.
  • Ensure all staff work within their scope of practice and maintain Baptcare standards of care, professionalism, and customer focus.
  • Maintain clear communication, respecting individual privacy and dignity.
  • Safely manage medications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and effectively communicate these initiatives.

About You:

  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience in Aged Care or working with the elderly.
  • Proficient in computer literacy (Microsoft Word & basic Excel).
  • Able to meet the inherent requirements of the role.
