This position is an ideal opportunity for a Registered Nurse with two plus years experience, to forge an ideal work/life balance at a facility, situated just above the beautiful Boambee Valley and only 5 minutes from the Coffs Harbour town centre. Requirements
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse through (AHPRA)
- Experience in Aged Care or Allied Health, with a minimum of two years post-graduate nursing experience
- Proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision making
- Enjoys the challenge of managing clinical staff and supporting their care delivery to the residents
- An in-depth understanding of continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills and passion to assist the residents in the delivery of high quality care.
