Award winning aged provider of luxury Residential Aged Care facilities is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join their team in Hervey Bay. The , Clinical Nurse will have at least 3 years' clinical experience in Aged Care. You will work closely with the Residential Services Manager and Clinical Manager to provide leadership and guidance to the team of clinical staff, to ensure best outcomes for residents.
The Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse must be able to undertake comprehensive clinical care assessments and have a sound understanding of accreditation standards, dementia care, palliative care, and ACFI processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in Aged Care;
- Current AHPRA Registration;
- Strong documentation and problem solving skills;
- Ability to drive ACFI;
- Good attention to detail;
- Strong time management skills;
- An ability to mentor and lead a team of nurses;
- A passion for Aged Care with a focus on continuous improvement; and
- A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Accreditation Requirements.
- Current Police Clearance, flu vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination.
