The Role:
As a Registered Nurse with us, you will offer personalized, person-centred care to clients in their homes, leveraging your clinical expertise to enhance their health and wellbeing.
Your duties will include:
- Medication and wound management
- Provide empathetic Palliative care
- Provide assistance to other care staff
- Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessments
This is a part-time role is for three days a week, Wednesday to Friday, with the flexibility to accommodate school hours if needed.

Qualifications
You’ll be an experienced Registered Nurse with experience working with NDIS clients.
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Demonstrated minimum 2 years community Nursing experience
- Experience working with people with a disability
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- A current drivers licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle
- NDIS Worker Clearance
- First Aid and CPR certification
