About the role: 

As a Registered Nurse at RSL LifeCare Teloca House, every day you’re empowered to make a meaningful difference to the lives of residents in our 61-bed aged care home in Narrandera, a short 25 minute drive from Leeton, or 1 hour to Griffith. Within our supportive work environment your skills and compassion are valued. You will have the opportunity to:  

  • Ongoing rostered shifts throughout the week including weekends with shifts ranging from Mornings, Afternoons and Night duties.
  • Work collaboratively with residents and their families to provide personal care 
  • Provide quality, timely and effective care that reflects the unique needs of each resident and in accordance with resident care plans 
  • Encourage the wellbeing and independence of residents by supporting them to engage in preferred activities and interests 
  • Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual’s unique goals and preferences 
  • Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities 
  • Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver positive outcomes for residents
