We believe teaching children through Nature is the most nurturing and natural way for children to learn about the real world they grow and live in. We are privately run Early Learning Centres, where nature and the natural environment is our classroom for children. We have a strong sense of community and connecting our children to the world around them promoting their sense of Belonging. Our educator's design, implement and evaluate programs that are innovative and contemporary, based on current research. We are a professional team of teachers and educators and are seeking to expand our team with educators that share our Pedagogy and Core Values.

Mount Peter Early Learning currently has the following exciting opportunity available:

Qualified Lead Educator for our beautiful Nursery Room, to join our current experienced team of educators in both leading and assisting rooms with planning and documentation while growing our children in their individual learning journeys.

Successful candidates will be highly motivated and passionate about the Early Childhood sector and must have the following:

• Previous experience as a Room Leader

• Diploma of Early Childhood or working towards required

• Sound Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards

• You will have excellent communication skills, and ability to build trusted relationships with families and the wider community.

What else you will need to bring

• A valid Blue Card or willing to obtain

• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain

• Available to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am– 6:30pm (can offer flexible working arrangements for the perfect candidate)
