Over the course of two years, you’ll not only gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as an Occupational Clinician but also receive all the required certifications to smoothly transition into a role in Injury Management or Workplace Health and Safety.
As an Onsite Injury Prevention Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering early intervention physiotherapy services onsite to help prevent potential injuries
- Assisting clients in managing Workcover claims and supporting sustainable return-to-work (RTW) outcomes
- Engaging with clients beyond the treatment room to understand their people and the demands of their jobs
- Working closely with clients and Bodycare leadership to implement customized injury prevention strategies
- Conducting workplace risk assessments, job task analyses, and other occupational health consulting

About you:
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have:
- A Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy with full general AHPRA registration
- 1-2 years of experience in musculoskeletal practice, preferably in private practice
- A genuine interest in building strong relationships with clients and their teams, both inside and outside the treatment room
- A passion for empowering workers to take an active role in their recovery—we focus on treating workers less, not more
