Your Mission
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a key role in steering the nursing team towards excellence. Your responsibilities will include utilizing your advanced nursing knowledge, demonstrating exceptional leadership, and ensuring effective communication to foster a motivated and efficient workforce. Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Registration as a Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in oncology preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
