Your key responsibilities include:
- Service, maintenance, installation and repair of automotive vehicles
- Carrying out diagnostic work in accordance with the issued repair and diagnosis order
- Conducting works under warranty which must be performed using the correct procedures and standards
- Maintaining a sound knowledge across brand products and services
- Make sure you meet customer and manufacturer high-quality standard of work
To be successful in this role:
- Hold a recognized Australian Automotive Technician qualification
- Possess a current Australian drivers license
- Be highly experienced in both diagnostic and electrical fields
- Have great time management with the ability to priorities deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Titan DMS experience preferred but not essential
