Joinery Foreman

We have a fantastic opportunity for Joinery Foreman to join our supportive team. This role will see you drive safety, quality and building strong relationships with clients and subbies, while leading a team to deliver excellence and have fun while doing it.

About the role

• To oversee the coordination of sites, installers, deliveries and labour.
• Closing out and coordinating all reworks across live projects.
• Generate installation schedules across all projects.  
• Coordinate loadout of joinery with site and install teams.
• Attend all subcontractor site meetings.  
• Coordinate joinery deliveries with the Project Manager. 
• Site measures and set out on site.   
• Coordination of other service trades ahead of install teams.
• Monitoring of defects on site.
• Sign off ITPs.
• Ensure high quality on site.  
• On the tools installing joinery when required.
• Approval and signing of installers fortnightly invoicing.  

About you

• Proven experience in a supervisory or project manager position – Commercial Joinery.
• Relevant trade qualification in (carpentry/joinery).
• Be passionate about quality.
• Always think safety first.
• Have a positive can-do attitude and leads from the front.
• Enjoy a variety of work and being challenged to learn new skills to progress your career.
• Have no trouble building strong relationships and communicating effectively with everyone around you.
