About the opportunity

Our rapidly expanding HITH Service requires experienced and dynamic nurses to join our fabulous team.


You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and Nurse Coordinator to coordinate patient care, problem solving issues proactively to ensure an exceptional patient experience. In this role you will provide direct acute level care for a diverse clinical cohort across medical, surgical, pre/post-operative, geriatric/GEM, and rehabilitation specialties.


You will be joining a professional and highly motivated group of nurses, committed to growing a service like no other.  The perfect opportunity for a senior nurse who enjoys a fast paced, autonomous clinical role.

What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skill set in a hospital setting, as a Registered Nurse, along with a high standard of customer service.  You will be passionate about improving practice and processes, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a real commitment to assisting patients receive exceptional care at home every day.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
● Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
● A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
● The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
● A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
● Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
