In 2020 Hermes launched their make-up line that has since grown rapidly including lip, eye and face products.

We are currently recruiting for experienced beauty and fragrance consultants and counter managers across Sydney for new and existing Beauty counters.

The role:

As an Hermes Beauty consultant, you will inspire customers to experience Hermes Fragrance and beauty products by creating personalised consultations. You will drive sales through Hermes unique way of storytelling and sharing its culture.

• Utilise your strong interpersonal skills and passion for the Hermes Cosmetic range to deliver the highest quality of customer service to retain and attract new customers
• Demonstrate your make-up skills to apply products to clients, creating unique and personalised experiences
• Maintaining Brand standards across product knowledge and customer service at all times
• Ensure smooth daily counter operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and general counter attractiveness
• Achieve personal and counter targets
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Cosmax, Hermes and local retailers

All roles and locations require key trading hours, including late nights, weekends and public holidays. At times you may be required to be flexible to support events and promotions, as well as attend interstate training.

Essential position prerequisites:

• Proven Beauty retail experience
• Makeup artistry skillset and Fragrance expert level knowledge
• Multi-lingual is an advantage
