Demos Property Services are looking for Housekeeping/cleaning staff to join our client’s team in the Melbourne CBD.
We are on the lookout for staff who are dedicated and looking for an opportunity to work with a great and friendly team.
The role
- Ensuring areas are cleaned to a high standard and ready for incoming guests/staff.
- Disinfecting surfacesDisinfecting items such as switches, remote controls and handles
- Attention to detail so that even obscure areas are cleaned and checked.
- Attention to detail and an eye cast over rubbish etc.
- Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Strong focus on safety and ensuring compliance with WH&S policies and procedures
Requirements
- Australian work rights
- A background in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not essential.
- Are well groomed and well presented
- Can work well in a team and support other team members.
- Have good energy with other staff and when if interacting with guests.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Valid Police check or willingness to obtain one.
- Smartphone
- You will have a strong work ethic, high standards and a professional attitude with an excellent eye for detail.
- Positive attitude towards safety and workplace well-being
- Ability to prioritise tasks
