Front Office Attendant

RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort is situated within the remarkable Shark Bay World Heritage Area in WA's Northwest close to some of the world's most beautiful and pristine beaches.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Attendant to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - accommodation is available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site.

What does every day look like for you?

You will spend your days:

• Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the resort, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
• Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.
• Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the resort, including for school groups, weddings and events.
• Assisting with general operations of the resort.
• Being on call 3 nights per week covering the Duty Manager's days off and afternoon / night shifts at reception

What are we looking for?

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
• Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills
