Field Service Technician - Lube Truck (Mechanic)

The Opportunity:

Due to rapid growth within the region we have multiple opportunities for experienced Mechanic's to perform the role of Field Service Technician to join our team. This role will travel on-site to customers and provide minor service and repairs on Komatsu construction, utility and quarry mobile equipment, more specifically draining and replacing fluids for our products engines, transmissions, and hydraulics.

The position will be required to work Monday - Friday between 7:30am – 4pm and regular overtime will be available which will be paid at double time and a half. You will also receive a phone, laptop, and tool of trade vehicle. Komatsu uniforms will be provided as well. 

Willing to consider heavy road transport or light vehicle mechanics with the right attitude and work ethic.

Roster: Monday to Friday 

Annualised Wages: $42.07 - $47.34

What we are looking for:

• Current MR or HR Licence
• Certified Diesel Tradesperson OR Mobile Plant is preferred
• Previous experience with Komatsu equipment would be advantageous
• Strong communication skills for both Internal and External customers
• An excellent understanding and commitment to safety and environment
• Ability to work remotely and with minimal Supervision
• Intermediate computer knowledge/skills
