Field Service Technician - Emerald QLD

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology and a knack for fixing things? Do you enjoy the DIDO lifestyle and working out on site with clients? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you, based out of Emerald QLD!

As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

• 100% commitment to personal and business safety
• Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
• Maintenance and service repairs on products
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• DIDO to visit customer sites when and as required
• Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

What you will bring with you:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
• Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required
• Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
• Flexibility and availability to travel, including overnight stays on sites for extended periods of time. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
