As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, and repairing gaming machines on-site at customer venues. You will be an immediate value add to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customerβs gaming facilities by providing timely and efficient technical support.
In this role you will be working across the Albury region.
Some key responsibilities include:
Install, convert, troubleshoot and repair gaming machines
Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines
Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process
Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation
Report on trends, needs, and service challenges
Gather and report accurately on service activities by utilizing field service management reporting tools.
Provide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations
Ensuring all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements
You are a trustworthy, self-starting logical thinker, looking to work as part of a close knit high performing team. You are coachable, a quick learner and are an absolute people person.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoy interacting with customers with the ability to build great relationships
The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
Have a practical mindset and be able to think on your feet
An interest in Gaming machines would be an advantage
Enjoy the challenge of fault finding to quickly diagnose and rectify at pace.
