The RAC Facilities team are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager.

In addition to delivering day to day operational excellence across our sites you will play a pivotal role in providing the highest standards of facilities management and built environment expertise on facilities, asset and contractor management within RAC Sites.

You will support ongoing facilities excellence in the achievement of RAC’s Purpose, Vision & Mission and improving value and experiences for business units, the wider RAC and our Members.

What will you be doing?

  • Acting as main point of contact for our Head Office at West Perth and responsible for ensuring ongoing business continuity.

  • Manage RAC contractors and service providers in accordance with SLA’s.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Supporting strategic planning, capital expenditure forecasting, and business-specific project work.

  • Manage technical and operational activities across West Perth aligned with industry best practice to ensure safety, operational and statutory requirements are achieved.

  • Manage fixed assets life cycle in accordance with regulatory requirements and risk management processes.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience in facilities operations management and/or property or asset management is necessary.

  • An awareness and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety legislation.

  • An understanding of project management methodologies incl. scope, timelines, cost, quality, communications, risk and procurement is desirable.

  • Experience in supplier/contractor management.

  • Qualifications in Facilities Management or a related discipline OR equivalent industry experience is mandatory.
