We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English and Humanities Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality education in English and Humanities, creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Hours: 8:30am - 4:15pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in English and Humanities.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans in line with school guidelines and educational standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the school's academic programs.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and any other required documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching registration in Victoria.
- Previous experience teaching English and Humanities at the secondary level.
- Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
