About You

You are organized, adaptable, enthusiastic, and a strong communicator, skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a busy general practice or experience in a referral (specialist hospital) or emergency setting
• Availability to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster
• A friendly, easygoing nature, capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• A strong work ethic, efficiency, and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality patient care under busy conditions

Desirable Attributes:

• Diploma of Veterinary Nursing (Emergency and Critical Care)
• Proficiency in anesthetic monitoring and nursing critical and ventilated patients
• Experience in an emergency or specialist hospital
• Familiarity with RX Works, Smartflow, and Idexx blood machines
