ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join the team at Where We Grow Narre Warren, in this exciting opportunity as our 3-year-old Early Childhood Teacher. Where We Grow Narre Warren is a 95-place service with 5 rooms off a central Piazza, boosting a wonderful central meeting area and barista made coffee at our coffee cart for families and educators. Where We Grow Narre Warren creates a nurturing environment that celebrates the unique potential of each child, that prioritizes growth, safety, and happiness.

As our 3-year-old Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you'll play a pivotal part to our team. Leading with unwavering dedication, creativity, and delivering quality education, you will be at the heart of shaping young minds and laying the foundation for their lifelong journey of learning and discovery.

TO THRIVE YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent.
• VIT Registration
• Current and valid First aid, Asthma, and anaphylaxis certification.
• Sound EYLF and NQS knowledge
• A genuine love for making a meaningful impact on a child’s learning experience
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional team player
• Kindness, compassion and honest approach in all you do
