About the Role

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
- Be a strong leader, inclusive of others, and bring a positive attitude everyday
- Flair for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with fellow peers, families, children and the wider community
- Keen interest in and/or understanding of the RIE approach
- Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children with an unwavering passion for and dedication to Early Childhood Education and Care.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Mentoring and/or leadership experience
- Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and/or Educator
- Recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree (or working towards, depending on course progress)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
