🐝 What we’re looking for:
Relevant Qualifications: Graduate Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent/higher qualification as approved by ACECQA)
Relevant Licences & Work Rights: Working with Children’s Check, Photo ID & Passport/Australian Birth Certificate & Teacher’s Registration (required)
Experience & Knowledge: Previous work experience in the Early Childhood Industry and familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.
Commitment to Child Development: A strong dedication to nurturing and supporting the growth and development of young children.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and families to create a positive learning environment.
Flexibility, Adaptability & Respect: Willingness to adapt to various roles and educational settings as needed. Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs
Accountability and Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for tasks and outcomes, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.
Effective Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey information clearly and professionally to children, colleagues, and parents.
Continuous Learning: Eagerness for professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices and standards.
