- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy

- Enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
- Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with fellow Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Blue Card
- Reliable, flexible and adaptable with availability; noting that the service is open from 7am-6pm Monday through to Friday
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards, depending on course progress), also potentially willing to consider experienced Cert III candidates.
