Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
- Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
- Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
- Enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service
- Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with other Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- ACECQA approved Certificate III, Diploma of Children's Services, or actively working towards either qualification
- Flexible, adaptable and available for full-time work all hours/days the service is open or casual work alternatively
- Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
