At Dewdrops Early Learning we strive to provide childcare and kindergarten that nurtures each child’s needs and interests, and captures their imagination and willingness to learn. In turn, we feel proud to support families by being part of the “village” that it takes to raise a child. Founded in 2007, Dewdrops remains a family owned “boutique” early childhood service with four locations: Brunswick, Brunswick West, Reservoir and Coburg. We are a small, yet dynamic team, and proud of our growing reputation as an employer of choice in the early years sector.

THE ROLE
We are looking for Diploma Qualified Educators for permanent roles across our four services, full time and part time. Having experience in long day care with various age groups will support your application for this role. However, we are also open to training you to be your best, inlcuding offering opportunities for leadership skill development and supporting you with professional practice and personal growth.
