Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
- Inclusive of others and bring a positive attitude every day
- Have a keen interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
- Enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
- Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Availability that aligns with the days, hours and operational needs of the service and able to be flexible when needed
- Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards depending on course progress, or Cert III qualified with experience.
