Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
- Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
- Inclusive of others and bring a positive attitude every day
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
- A dedicated and enthusiastic professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
- Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with fellow Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community.
Essential Certifications/Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Strong Educator with significant experience in Early Childhood
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards, depending on course progress), potentially also willing to consider experienced Cert III candidates for Casual work.
