Our Domestic Cleaners provide personalised services by getting to know our clients well and understanding both what matters to them and how they want their domestic cleaning service to be delivered.

About the opportunity

We are looking for reliable, personable Domestic Cleaners who take pride in the quality of their work to join our team on a consistent casual basis. Ideally team members will have consistent availability each week on regular days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday to meet the needs of our clients.

This role will deliver cleaning services and general home assistance to our in-home aged care clients in the Shoalhaven. The role is primarily based in Nowra and surrounds, but may be required to travel within the region.

No previous experience is necessary, we value a great attitude and a willingness to make a difference - we provide the support, products and uniforms, and you bring your best self to work!

About you

To be considered for this role, you will have a:

• Current valid Driver's Licence and a reliable insured vehicle;
• Minimum of three COVID-19 vaccination doses and have (or are willing to obtain) the annual Influenza vaccination;
• Mobile Phone with Internet access to accept your allocated shifts;
• Willingness to travel in and around Nowra.

You will also :

• Be able to work independently and under minimal supervision;
• Have a strong focus on quality and person-centred outcomes;
• Be honest, reliable and demonstrate integrity;
• Have good communication skills; and
• Want to support our clients to live comfortably and independently in their own-homes.
