OUR TEAM

Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world’s most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.

YOUR ROLE

  • Internally this is a Production Operator (Level 10 to progress to a Level 8) role for the Tanker Dock

  • The role will work 9 day fortnight, mainly night and day shift.

  • The role is loading and unloading acids into both commercial tankers and our own site tanker which is to be driven onsite between departments.

  • Carrying out a range of routine and repetitive manual tasks

  • Safely handling chemicals and raw materials in the manufacturing of products

  • Maintaining a safe approach in the operation of equipment

  • Operating as a team player with an eye for quality in adhering to set processes and related requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • HC - Heavy Combination Truck licence. 

  • A safe driver history report.

  • Australian Dangerous Goods license.

  • Ability to work as a team member and independently without supervision

  • Tasks are routine and repetitive requiring physical lift, push, pull and / or reach frequently when preforming routine and manual tasks, as well as lifting
